Empire's founder and President, David T. Brooks, has over thirty years experience in the Banking, Trust and Financial Services industry. He served as the National Sales Manager for the Trust Division of First of America Bank Corporation (now National City) and, concurrently, President and CEO of First of America Brokerage Services, Inc. Prior to forming Empire Mr. Brooks was the Executive Vice President of Independent Bankers' Bank serving as CEO of the Trust and Financial Services Division.
Kristin Brandon, a Principal of Empire Advisory Group, Inc., has over 20 years experience in the banking and financial services industry. She has served in different positions at regional banks and financial institutions including Assistant Vice President for the Independent Bankers' Bank Trust and Financial Services Division and also as an Accredited Retirement Plan Specialist through the Society of Professional Asset Managers. Prior to joining Empire, Kristin was also a General Securities Principal and Designated Supervisor for PrimeVest Financial Services, working with bank representatives for six years.
